Common issues

ConvertLabel buttons don't show up on Vinted: Reload the Vinted page. Then check that you're signed in to the extension and that your account is Pro: the convert buttons, All Convert, messages and descriptions are Pro features.
I'm Pro on the website but not in the extension: You're probably signed in with two different Google accounts. Sign out of the extension, then sign back in with the account that holds the subscription.
My label isn't recognised: This label format isn't supported yet. A copy is kept so we can add it; report it with the Feedback button too so we can let you know.
Nothing happens with a PDF saved on my computer: Allow access to file URLs in chrome://extensions → ConvertLabel → Details, or simply drop the PDF on the website's home page.
The printed label is too small or off-centre: In the print dialog, choose the 4x6 in (10x15 cm) size, a 100% or “Actual size” scale, and turn margins off.
My payment was declined: You keep Pro access for 14 days. Update your card from the dashboard, “Manage my subscription” button, without taking out a second subscription.
Conversion is slow or fails: Check your internet connection and try again. If it keeps happening, use the Feedback button: the technical details are sent to us automatically.
